I’m a real person, as a wife, mother and fellow travel enthusiast I want to share my passion to help and serve others. My husband and I homeschool and this business allows me to help other with something I love doing all while being available to my family and their schedule. I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach, my personal love of adventure with personalized communication to achieve reliable results. Before you even pay for your trip, I’ll update you on all refund policies as set by the supplier. Traveling can be unpredictable, and I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control. That's why booking with New Horizon Travel sets us apart from booking on your own. If something unexpected happens while you're on your trip, you can rest assured that I'll be there to assist you and contact the supplier we used for your booking. My partnership with Cornerstone provides team access dedicated to making sure that everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy your travels worry-free.
What does independent contract agent mean?

I’m an independent travel agent advisor, I’m affiliated with Cornerstone Travel, a professional host agency that provides industry accreditation, supplier relationships, and support. My partnership with Cornerstone allows New Horizon Travel to offer trusted expertise while delivering highly personalized service and gives me access to several major suppliers all while remaining a small at home business.
Will it cost me more or extra to use your services?

No…I don’t charge planning fees for most vacations I arrange, my compensation comes direct from the suppliers. For air-only bookings, a service charge may be applied due to the time and expertise involved in researching fares and managing ticketing. If in any case a fee is applied directly by me, that charge will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront. Honesty is the best policy and I strive to maintain a fair, transparent and stress free experience when working together. Your adventure deserves the best and want to help facilitate that from beginning to end.
Can you help with unique travel needs?

Absolutely… with past experience working with special needs children in a school setting and my prior employment working reception at a hospital I understand fully understand accommodating needs. My heart is for people and regardless of the circumstances I promise to do my very best to make your journey as smooth as possible. Whether it’s accessibility considerations, dietary needs, special celebrations, or just plain travel preference, you matter! I will work closely with my partners and their suppliers to ensure your trip is planned with care and consideration.
